By creating an account or using Teleprompter you agree to these terms.
The service
Teleprompter is a voice-following teleprompter. A free plan and a paid Pro plan are offered; what each includes is shown on the Pricing page. Features may change over time, and the service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error free.
Your account
Keep your login details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
Your content
The scripts you write remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them to you so the service can work. Do not use Teleprompter for anything unlawful.
Payments and cancelling
Pro is billed through PayPal as a recurring subscription, monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout, and includes any free first month shown there. You can cancel at any time from your Account page or in PayPal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from the service being unavailable, such as a missed presentation. Please keep a backup of anything important.
